This is designed for the individual who would like insight on underlying imbalances in their body that might be holding them back from reaching their health goals.

  • $200 For 3 sessions

    This package includes three 55 min 1:1 Personal Training sessions. This is perfect for an individual who would like to become more comfortable in a gym setting. Want to learn the compound lifts? How to use machines? The best exercises to help you work towards your goals? These three sessions together can be a great starting point.

    This package is for new clients only, one package per client.

  • $100 for each session

  • $115 for each session

  • $425 for 5 sessions

  • $850 for 10 sessions

  • $375 for two sessions together. This is meant for the individual who would like insight on underlying imbalances in their body that might be holding them back from reaching their health goals. You have the motivation and discipline but just need the knowledge to get you started. It includes:

    an assessment of your current nutritional intake

    an assessment of your body systems and potential imbalances

    customized diet and lifestyle recommendations

  • Meal plan without support : $150

  • Meal plan with support: $375
